These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Fleet London and our customers. They may be revised from time to time with an amendment dated in this section.
Use of the Site
All users of this website undertake to use it in accordance with the law, and not to use it for any illicit purpose, nor to use it in any way that may impair or disable the website nor prevent its normal use by other users. The user undertakes not to eradicate, alter, impair or damage this site’s programmes or data in any way.
Trademarks and Copyright
“Fleet London” and the salmon logo are trademarks registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office ( EUIPO ).
Users of this site acknowledge and accept that both trademarks and all content on this website are protected by law. Fleet London does not grant any kind of authorisation for the use of either trademark or any website content for display in the public domain or for commercial purposes without express prior written permission.
Fleet London cannot accept any liability that may arise from the faulty operation of the website outside of Fleet London’s control. These may include a hacking of the website, computer virus or other illegal interference in the operation of the website.
Fleet London also reserves the right to suspend at any time, temporarily and without notice, the operation of the website for the purposes of its maintenance or updating.
Fleet London’s site will also provide links to third party websites. The inclusion of any such link does not imply that Fleet London has reviewed all of the sites linked to its own site and Fleet cannot be responsible for the accuracy or content of any such third party sites.
Orders and Payment
Merchandise displayed on our website is available for purchase and delivery unless otherwise stated, if an item suddenly becomes unavailable after your order has been placed we will notify you immediately using the email address you provided, offering you a full refund.
We may refuse an order at any time at our sole discretion.
Once payment for an order has been received by us in full ( including delivery charges where applicable ) then ownership of the merchandise transfers to the buyer. If the buyer fails to pay all charges due as part of an order for our merchandise or services we reserve the right, at our discretion and without prejudice to our other rights, to refuse to supply the goods or services ordered.
Prices may change at any time, but prices are fixed at the time of receipt of payment for an order except in the event of hacking activity, or a virus, or any other illegal attack on the website that has maliciously affected the integrity of the site.
Fleet London uses Shopify for payment processing and makes no warranty with respect to their service.
Free Worldwide Shipping
Fleet London uses the Royal Mail for deliveries worldwide. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation when it is dispatched.
UK: Delivery should normally take 2 business days and a signature for receipt will be required.
European Union and EFTA: Delivery by courier should normally take 4-5 business days and a signature for receipt will be required.
Rest of the world: All orders will be by courier and should normally take 4-5 business days. A signature for receipt will be required. Fleet London cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties nor local sales taxes payable locally.
Fleet London will offer a full refund or exchange for your order or any part thereof if we receive a return from you within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Please note that shirts must be in their original and unworn condition and with barcodes intact, and that with respect to boxer shorts, given the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if they are in the original, unopened, packaging.
Fleet London will also refund the cost of return postage if the goods supplied were not those ordered or if they were faulty, but not in the case of other returns.
Fleet London cannot accept responsibility for any return package until it is received by us and so we strongly recommend that returns are sent to back to us using a “signed for service” or “tracked delivery” postage service, both available from, for example, the Royal Mail, and that you retain a proof of postage.
